SOLD: 9 Linmoor Terrace, Lexington

In early 2023 it was already clear that the Spring Real Estate market would favor Sellers. My client roster was mostly Buyers, so I was worried. One Buyer client, who was keen on new-construction, challenged me to “get-ahead” of the market. On a snowy February afternoon, I started canvassing neighborhoods, snapping photos of construction sites and builder signs.

On that day, I ran across the incredible work of Lexington builder, Finnegan Development. Finnegan is a family business that has been building locally for over 40 years. With a reputation for creating outstanding homes and a focus on sustainable construction; 9 Linmoor Terrace looked like it might be a match for my clients.
